For eg : When the thyroxine level of blood plasma reaches at required level , then thyroxine exerts a negative feedback on the hypothalamus and anterior pituitary lobe to inhibit or decrease the secretion of TSH-RF and TSH (THYROID STIMULATING HORMONE) respectively.
