The kidneys are filter of the blood circulatory system. It filter the dissolved waste especially nitrogenous wastes from the blood by ultra filtration.
It regulate the water content by re-absorption. Dialysis is only way to maintain purity of blood during the failure of kidneys. Thank you

The kidneys are vital to the circulatory system because they secrete hormones that are involved in the production of red blood cells and blood pressure regulation, balance electrolytes, filter waste products and excess substances from the blood to form urine, and control blood pressure.
