Do the sun and earth revolve in the same direction?

Both Sun and Earth spin in anticlockwise sense. Earth revolves around Sun in the same sense. In view of the spiral arms of Milky Way (MW), I surmise that Sun revolves likewise, about MW center.

I have come across some artistic representations of the Sun's revolution in a clockwise direction. The Sun has an orbital period of approximately 230 million years and a spin period of approximately 11 years. These figures could all be more precisely determined with additional research.

Indeed, when viewed from above the North Pole, the rotation and revolving of the Sun and Earth are in the same direction, which is counterclockwise.
