Where is the golgi apparatus located?

Answer 1

In the cell of course...

The golgi apparatus looks like a mess of complex vesicles and is responsible for packaging and transporting lipids and proteins.

It is located near the rough endoplasmic reticulum #("ER")#, and is therefore near the nucleus. Usually we can say that it is located in the cytoplasm near the nucleus.
