What is the probability that there is life in the universe aside from earth?

What we humans like to refer to as the "endless" universe is made up of millions of galaxies with thousands of planets that are in the habitable zone—the region where life can exist because it is neither too hot nor too cold.

Numerous planets in our own galaxy have already been found to be in the habitable zone by scientists. This means that if there is water on those planets, it is flowing water, and flowing water is necessary for life to exist.

It is highly improbable that Earth is the only planet in the universe supporting life; rather, we might have already encountered extraterrestrial life if we had lived closer to the galactic center, where multiple solar systems are found.

It is nearly a given that there is life elsewhere in the universe, even in our own galaxy.
