"like" the earth, if you mean by that same size as that of the Earth, orbiting around a star, there are probably lots of planets.

However, if by the same you mean that life should exist there, then we have no idea what conditions must be met for life to arise, even in the presence of necessary molecules and at favorable temperatures. Miller's 1952 experiments demonstrated that amino acids could form in the right conditions, but not life. Close, but no cigar.
