What is HH blood type?
Perhaps you mean the hh blood type. The hh blood type is the rarest blood type which does not express the H antigen present on virtually all RBCs as the building block for other antigens.
The surface protein on red blood cells known as the H antigen (genetically HH or Hh) is present in all major blood groups and serves as the foundation for the other surface antigens, A and B.
This protein is not expressed in the hh blood type, which is also known as the Bombay Blood Group because it was discovered there in 1952.
Because the blood would react with every other blood group, a person with this blood group could only receive blood from someone who also has the hh blood type.

The HH blood type refers to the Bombay blood group, a rare blood type characterized by the absence of H antigen on red blood cells. This makes it incompatible with all other blood types except for other Bombay blood donors.
