What glands are in the brain?
Pituitary and pineal glands are there in brain.
Both pineal and pituitary glands are present in Diencephalon part of Fore brain. Diencephalon is divided in paired Thalamic structures and unpaired Epithalamus and Hypothalamus.
Pineal glland is present in Epithalamus, on dorsal side while Pituitary is present towards ventral side, hanging from Hypothalamus.
Pineal secretes a hormone Melatonin which controls biological clock of the body. Pituitary secretes a number of hormones under the influence of hypothalamus.

There are several glands in the brain. The first is the Pituitary Gland, also called the "master gland," which secretes hormones that control growth, metabolism, and reproductive processes. The second gland is the Pineal Gland, which produces melatonin, which affects sleep patterns and circadian rhythms. The third gland is the Hypothalamus, which is not a gland in the traditional sense but produces and releases hormones that control the pituitary gland, thus playing a crucial role in the endocrine system.
