What are abiogenesis and biogenesis?

Answer 1

abiogensis is the theory that living cells came into existence from non living chemicals, biogenesis is the theory that life comes life

The hypothesis of abiogensis superseded the earlier theory of spontaneous generation. Prior to Louis Pastour's experiments, people thought that living things could arise from nonliving ones, but the empirical data refuted this idea as it relates to the observable present.

One of the earliest theories of Abiogensis was put forth by Charles Darwin, who hypothesized that life may have begun in a warm, chemically-rich pond at some remote and prehistoric period.

According to cell theory, life originates from life, or cells from other cells. This is known as biogenesis, and it is an observable law that states that life never originates from inanimate substances.

The question of how the first cells came to be arises from a number of theories, including those involving DNA, RNA, proteins, crystals, and even extraterrestrial life. However, none of these theories can explain how the complex information required for a self-replicating cell came into being, and no known natural causes can account for the origin of cells. Moreover, random chance has been shown to be so improbable as to be impossible.

When evaluating a one-sided limit, you need to be careful when a quantity is approaching zero since its sign is different depending on which way it is approaching zero from. Let us look at some examples.
