What animals have been affected by acid rain?

Acid rain causes changes in the acidity of systems (soil, water), which primarily affect aquatic organisms. For example, in my small pond (less than 200 cubic meters), the pH of the water is above 7 (almost 8). When I add solid chloride to the pond, frogs survive, but water fleas die. If the terrestrial environment is rich in lime (soil type: alkaline soil), terrestrial creatures will not be temporarily affected because of the buffer effect.
