Is it true that after fertilization the young embryo takes about 3 days to travel down the fallopian tube to the uterus?

Answer 1

Yes it is true.

After the egg has been fertilized at proximal end of follapian tube or uterine tube, then it stays for #3-4# days in the uterine tube. The sperm within 24 hours of being fertilized, starts dividing fast into many cells. It keeps dividing as it moves slowly through the fallopian tube to the uterus.
