How to calculate the number of moles of hydrogen atoms?

Can someone please help me with Q12 c)? Thank you s much!

Answer 1
The molecular formula of methane (#CH_4#) suggests that one molecule of this compound consists of 4 atoms of H.
So 1 mole of #CH_4# will have 4 mol atom of Hydrogen.
Now number of moles of #CH_4# in #5.2 xx10^24# molecules is
#=(5.2 xx10^24)/"Avogadro's number"#

Thus, the quantity of H atoms in it in moles

#=(4xx5.2 xx10^24)/"Avogadro's number"#
#=(4xx5.2 xx10^24)/(6.024xx10^23)~~34.5mol # atom

Answer 2

To calculate the number of moles of hydrogen atoms, you can use the formula:

Number of moles = Mass of hydrogen / molar mass of hydrogen

The molar mass of hydrogen is approximately 1.008 grams per mole. So, if you know the mass of hydrogen in grams, divide that mass by 1.008 to find the number of moles of hydrogen atoms.

When evaluating a one-sided limit, you need to be careful when a quantity is approaching zero since its sign is different depending on which way it is approaching zero from. Let us look at some examples.
