My initial thought is that there is no relation, however since astronomy includes our Sun and Moon I have revised that thought to say that meteorology depends heavily on astronomy.

Although the Moon's influence on atmospheric pressure is not particularly significant for meteorology, it is technically related to meteorology because it influences tides in a similar manner.

On the other hand, the Sun is the source of ALL energy that influences Earth's weather, so variations in the Sun's activity will have an immediate effect on the planet's climate.
