This is simple multiplication with fractions. When multiplying fractions, you multiply across the top and bottom. Then simplify.

Another thing you could do is simplify the original fractions. #color(red)(8/1)# is #color(red)8# and #color(blue)(3/1)# is #color(blue)3#. After simplifying, multiply like you normally would.
