Nomenclature of cyclic or circular molecules involves counting the number of carbon atoms and giving it the appropriate root (e.g. 6 #-># 'hex-', 4 #-># 'but-') and adding 'cyclo-' as a prefix.

A circular molecule, for instance, having two double bonds between carbon atoms 1-2 and 3-4 and five carbon atoms would be

1,3-cyclopentadiene

Alkene nomenclature follows a fairly simple convention.

root + number of DBs + ene + where DBs are

The compound in question is cyclopenta-1,3-diene; the root is 'penta-'; the double bonds are located in '-1,3-'; the number of double bonds is indicated by '-di-', which is the Latin for two; and the suffix for an alkene is '-ene'.
