How do stars make all other elements in universe?
Stars can make elements through nuclear fusion or neutron capture.
Elements are produced in different ways.
Hydrogen, Helium and traces of Lithium and Beryllium were made in the Big Bang.
Lithium, Beryllium and Boron can't be made in stars are they are by products of other fusion processes. These elements are made by cosmic rays colliding with Carbon and Oxygen atoms.
Most other elements up to Iron are made by fusion processes in stars.
Heavier elements are made by a neutron capture process in supernova explosions.

Nuclear fusion is the process by which lighter elements, such as hydrogen and helium, are transformed into heavier elements, such as carbon, oxygen, and iron. This process releases energy, and it continues until the star runs out of nuclear fuel and explodes as a supernova, releasing newly formed elements into space and forming new stars from the enriched material. This process adds to the variety of elements found in the universe.

When evaluating a one-sided limit, you need to be careful when a quantity is approaching zero since its sign is different depending on which way it is approaching zero from. Let us look at some examples.
