How can natural gas be used for cars?

Answer 1

The same way petrol is for cars.

in a petrol car the piston pressurizes the fuel and then puts a spark in the chamber and then it explodes.

so the same way in place of petrol you can use natural gas ( with a slight modification the the car ). If you have access to YouTube here is a video on a natural gas being made from water

the same way the petrol explodes the gas can also explode.
hope this helps.
Isaac.

Answer 2

Natural gas can be used for cars by converting vehicles to run on compressed natural gas (CNG) or liquefied natural gas (LNG). This involves installing specialized fuel tanks and engine modifications to accommodate the different properties of natural gas compared to gasoline or diesel. Vehicles equipped to use natural gas produce fewer emissions than those running on conventional fuels, making them an environmentally friendly alternative.

Answer 3

Natural gas can be used for cars by converting the vehicles to run on compressed natural gas (CNG) or liquefied natural gas (LNG). This involves installing a specialized fuel tank, fuel delivery system, and engine modifications to accommodate the use of natural gas as a fuel source. CNG vehicles store natural gas in high-pressure tanks, while LNG vehicles store it in cryogenic tanks. When the vehicle is in operation, the natural gas is delivered to the engine where it is combusted to produce power, similar to gasoline or diesel engines.
