No, current space probes cannot travel to other galaxies. The distances between galaxies are incredibly vast, spanning millions or even billions of light-years. Even the fastest spacecraft we have built so far would take tens of thousands of years to travel just to the nearest neighboring galaxy, Andromeda. Additionally, the energy requirements for such a journey would be astronomically high, far beyond the capabilities of our current propulsion systems. As of now, our space probes are limited to exploring our own solar system and venturing into interstellar space within our Milky Way galaxy.
