There is no such thing as a breach in time.

Particle accelerators have accelerated atoms to near the speed of light without causing any effects on time. Atoms can be accelerated to high speeds, but they can never reach the speed of light.

The idea of a time breach is straight out of science fiction. Authors were inspired to imagine time as a corridor that could be breached by the Newtonian understanding of time as a continuum.

Time, as we now know, is just the distance between two spacetime events along the time dimension; it is just the fourth dimension of four dimensional spacetime.

A massive mass can create a region of spacetime where time has stopped, known as a black hole. Atoms traveling at high speeds can have no discernible effect on spacetime.

Although they haven't been seen, wormholes are tubes that theoretically connect various locations in space-time, which may be at different times.
